Thanks to flickgc I'm getting a new lodger. Not only is it happening, but I'm feeling very positive about the whole thing, she's the right *sort* of person. I'm not sure how often she's on LJ these days, but she've over there: risby.

She's barely on LJ at all, except to catch up with what Flick is doing, and now blush at being called the "right *sort* of person". :)
