Dinner was tomatoes. Healthy, but possibly not quite making the definition of "meal".

Tomatoes are tasty, and I suppose some might call them a meal. I wouldn't, but that's because I'm more carnivore than anything else. :)

Add some fresh mozarella, though....

I don't think there's any particular need to get your complete balanced diet at one meal, anyway.
